When booking an inflatable, here are some questions that we recommend you ask. We have provided the answers for our company in red. |

What is the condition and age of the inflatable that you are renting? Any patches? Is it clean? All of our inflatable rides are in clean, excellent condition. We are sure that you will be very impressed with any of our rides.
Who supervises the ride to make sure the children do not get hurt? We provide adult supervision for each inflatable ride so that you can relax and enjoy the event. We do not drop-off our rides. We also explain the rules to the children before we allow them to ride.
Does the inflatable rental company have liability insurance specifically for amusement rides? Make sure that they can provide a copy of their insurance statement listing the inflatable ride that you have rented and the phone number of the insurance carrier for verification. We have full liability insurance coverage that is on file with the NC Department of Labor.
Who sets up the equipment and is the setup included in the price? How much time is required to setup and take down the ride? Is this time included in your party quote? We will generally show up 30 minutes before your event is scheduled to begin to setup for a single inflatable ride. If you have booked more than one ride, more time will be required. Also it is best if you give some thought as to where you would like the ride to be placed before we arrive. Any cars or objects that block us from setting up the ride should be moved before we arrive as well to ensure that your event stays on schedule.
Have the inflatable rides been inspected by the NC Department of Labor this year? The inflatable unit will have a tag indicating that it has been inspected. You can call the Department of Labor for verification at 919-807-2770. All of our inflatable rides are inspected annually by the NC Department of Labor.
Can adults as well as children use the equipment? Adults can enjoy our inflatables rides along with the children.
What happens if it rains? Are there any entertainment backup activities such as magic, balloons, face paint, etc. Can you switch your event to another day? We can reschedule your event to another day or it may be possible to provide clown activities as a backup. Please discuss this when booking your party with us.

How many children can safely ride at one time? This depends on the size and type of ride you book. We can discuss this with you when you call.
How long has the amusement company been in business? Clowning With Zoe & Friends has been entertaining the Raleigh area since 1996.
Are you booking directly with an inflatable ride company or are you using a "middle man" entertainment agency who will subcontract your event? When you call us, you will be booking directly with Clowning With Zoe & Friends and more than likely you'll be speaking with Zoe herself.
Make sure you discuss all the electrical needs of the inflatable rides to avoid nasty surprises at your event. |
